Yes. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. Once the payment is received, your rentals will be considered secured. This amount will be refundable up to 30 days prior to the event.

We are happy to accept reservations one year prior to the event date. For other large events, it is a good idea to reserve approximately three to six months in advance.

We ask that all rentals are returned in the condition in which they were delivered to you. Please remove any excess debris by rinsing or wiping off the equipment prior to returning. If you rented linens, under no circumstances should you wash or dry them. If linens become wet while in your posession, please allow them to dry and then place the dirty linens in the linen bags provided.

We ask that all final guest counts and rental quantities be confirmed at least 30 days prior to your event.Changes or additions may be accommodated after this date, depending on availability. Any reductions or cancellations made within 30 days of your event may be subject to cancellation fees. When applicable, credits may be applied toward other available rental items rather than refunded.
