FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my rentals?
Yes. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. Once the payment is received, your rentals will be considered secured. This amount will be refundable up to 14 days prior to the event.
How far in advance should I reserve the equipment I need for my event?
We are happy to accept reservations one year prior to the event date. For other large events, it is a good idea to reserve approximately three to six months in advance.
Do I need to clean the rentals before I return them?
We ask that all rentals are returned in the condition in which they were delivered to you. Please remove any excess debris by rinsing or wiping off the equipment prior to returning. If you rented linens, under no circumstances should you wash or dry them. If linens become wet while in your posession, please allow them to dry and then place the dirty linens in the linen bags provided.
When do I need to have my final numbers by?
14 days prior to your event. Any reductions or cancellations made within 14 days will be subject to a cancellation fee.
What is your delivery/pick-up charge?
Delivery rates vary depending on delivery specifics. Please contact us for a quote.
Can I pick up my own rentals?
We do not offer self-pick up for equipment to ensure the safety of both you and the rental items.
Why are linens so expensive?!
Often times people are surprised at the cost of renting linens. We totally understand, but want to take a minute to explain what goes into this pricing. (If you are on a tight budget and buying/preparing your own linens makes more sense, we totally understand!) However, if you decide to rent your linens, what we are providing is not only beautiful table cloths and napkins, but also saving you the time (and often frustration!) to prepare them just right for your event. This means that all of our linens come professionally laundered, pressed and packaged at a linen facility. We then pick them up and transport them to you on convenient hangers ready to go on your tables. This saves you countless hours spent washing, ironing, steaming, folding just right to prevent wrinkles, and transporting to your venue. Once you are done, you just place them in provided linen bags, and you dont have to worry about handling them again!
